Overall good job but did not assemble back together properly Brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change, they said everything looked good after they were finished. I drove home and everything was great, however the next day my fiance and I was heading to Angola and we would jear a grinding sound when we were braking at red lights/stop signs. We were wondering if the brakes were wearing out but being they said everything looked good, we weren't sure. After we had stopped at a store, i noticed a large part hanging down. It was held on by only one bolt, barely in there. It was some sort of coolant cover that has air intake to assist with cooling, says on thing that it needs to be removed for maintenance amd placed back on after. This would be right near oil filter. We were able to get it back on, but I'd have been one pissed off person had we lost it going down i-69. They need to be less in a hurry and more worried about properly replacing parts they take off. More

Sales team was great, but what we dealt with after was not. Amy was very friendly and warm. When we asked questions Amy was very helpful and gave us the knowledge she had, based on the companies inspection report. We weren't terribly happy with the price, but Andrew worked with us on that and even gave us a great warranty plan. The truck had a winding noise. Once the truck was looked at, there were several issues with the vehicle. We went 2 weeks without the vehicle right after purchase. We had to go back and forth to be able to get our vehicle taken care of, and although the GM always made things right, some of the staff we dealt with in between weren't helpful or knowledgeable enough to be dealing with the problem. We then had title problems and are now trying to get that all settled. Every time there has been an issue, we've been offered another vehicle to drive while it all gets sorted out. But for people who work full time and live an hr away from the store this was never an option for us. Clearly someone had been driving the vehicle because the vehicle was close to needing another oil change. So why weren't the other issues taken care of by Auto Park Ford before the vehicle was sold? This has been a very frustrating process and we do think some things should have been handled better. We also understand that sometime things happen. Hopefully we are done with hiccups and can enjoy our vehicle. I can't say we would ever purchase another vehicle with AutoPark Ford, not enough trust in their word. More

They went above and beyond my expectations I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a long time now. I finally found exactly the one I wanted here. I traveled 3 hours one way to see it. I have been looking for a used Cherokee SRT for a long time now. I finally found exactly the one I wanted here. I traveled 3 hours one way to see it. I was dealing with Don Howe via text before my visit, asking any questions about it. Don was very helpful in getting me all the answers I needed. Jackie Williams helped schedule a appointment on Dons behalf while he was off one day so that I can see the vehicle. I obviously did want to travel if the car was no longer there. Upon arriving early Saturday morning, I was greeted immediately by Don and the car was pulled up front ready to be looked at. Although we never were able to make a deal on Saturday, I drove home without the vehicle but had some more time to think about my big purchase. Moe was able to come down a bit on the price for me. Rick in service was able to answer my questions about the vehicle mechanically and put my mind a bit more at ease. I called back Monday morning, and we made a deal happen. Andrew was very helpful in all this also as I was adamant on using my credit union, but he was actually able to get me financed through a different lender and a much better rate. After the deal was finalized on paper, I was trying to figure out how to get back up there to pick up the car. Don called me up and offered to deliver the car to me that same day, I was 3 hours away! I did not request this, they just came out and offered it to me. The was the icing on the cake and going above and beyond for my situation. I had the vehicle delivered to my driveway on a Monday evening. I wish I had the names of the two gentleman that delivered my vehicle, as they were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They even filled the tank back up for me before it was in my driveway. The car arrived clean and better that when I went up to see it. Don texted me a week later wishing me a happy birthday and to see how things were doing! I would travel again to this dealership in a moments notice as everyone there is friendly and easy to talk to. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks again!!! More
