No paperwork I had no problem with the work done on my truck it was done in a timely manner. However, I don’t know what exactly was done to it because I never rece I had no problem with the work done on my truck it was done in a timely manner. However, I don’t know what exactly was done to it because I never received a copy of the work order. They told me that it would be sent to my home address and a copy would be emailed to me, this was Thursday 01/24/2019. On Friday 01/25/2019 I called and spoke with another service advisor and she told me she would email it to me that day. On Monday 01/28/2019, I called again and to a service advisor and she told me the service order hadn’t been completed as of that day. 01/30/2018 I have yet to receive a work order I don’t know who completes the paperwork but it should have been done before I left the dealership More

Fast service Door was frozen and would not shut on my truck. Didn't know what to expect! I drove an hour and a half for a car I had only seen online. I inquired about a 2018 Ford Flex and I was promptly in touch with a Man by the Name of M I drove an hour and a half for a car I had only seen online. I inquired about a 2018 Ford Flex and I was promptly in touch with a Man by the Name of Matt Schultz. At this point I was waiting to hear back about financing from my bank. When I got the approval I went ahead and scheduled an appointment the following day. When I arrived at the dealership with a check in my pocket Matt was outside polishing my baby up (on his day off no less). He greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake. We went for a test drive and as soon as I sat in the car I knew this was the car for me, but I didn't tell Matt that. Not once during my 45 minute visit to the dealership did I feel pressured into buying the car, that is one thing that made my experience enjoyable. More

Even though there was no charge to me for parts/ labor, (replaced passenger side airbag-Ford recall) I was treated with respect. More
