Life savers We needed urgent service due to a strong oil smell in our car's cabin. Auto Park got us in within a day's notice, and when we explained we were going out of town for the holidays they offered us a loaner so we didn't have to breathe in that burnt oil, especially our three year old, and they could fix it while we were gone. When we said we were planning to be gone 9 days, they said no big deal. Wow! Unbelievable! They saved our vacation, actually making it better space-wise with an SUV vs our Focus, and eased a TON of worry. When we returned they were super friendly, caring, and helpful. We'll be back and after this service will make it our first stop to purchase a new vehicle. We highly recommend them!!! Sandie bent over backwards to help me with my questions and to facilitate the purchase. The atmosphere, professionalism, no pressure treatment made the experience a real pleasure for my wife and I. We live in Saline over 100 miles from the dealership and even so, the experience was worth the trip. The car turned out to be better than I expected. Sandie was careful to disclose everything, down to the smallest of scratces and rust spots (it was a 12yr old MI vehicle). The car was carefully detailed and runs perfectly.
