Just be honest about your wants and needs. We were and he made it all happen!! We were going to buy used and happened to stop after driving a used truck we wanted until we drove it (Note: this could’ve been strategically done by my husband). We aren’t a full bells and whistles needing family but he demanded an extended truck with the big bed. We got that and so much more!!! Perfect truck!! Happy customers who didn’t spend an entire Saturday at the dealership. Everyone treated us respectfully. Everyone seemed to be working in our favor. We asked and we received.... love it! More
