Happy I had been driving a 2007 car that I bought new but was getting up there in mileage. It was time to replace it. I was afraid that if I contacted a dea I had been driving a 2007 car that I bought new but was getting up there in mileage. It was time to replace it. I was afraid that if I contacted a dealer while shopping online that I would get high pressure so I put off inquiring on the car for about a week and a half and the price dropped so I gave in and sent a message. I made the appointment to see the car and drive it and fell in love with the 2017 Ford Escape. Long story short, I never felt pressured by any of the staff at Auto Park Ford and we came to an agreement and I drove it home the same day. Thank you! More

Sales team was great, but what we dealt with after was not. Amy was very friendly and warm. We knew we liked the vehicle, but we also know, that most used vehicles always have a reason or two, to pass. When we Amy was very friendly and warm. When we asked questions Amy was very helpful and gave us the knowledge she had, based on the companies inspection report. We weren't terribly happy with the price, but Andrew worked with us on that and even gave us a great warranty plan. The truck had a winding noise. Once the truck was looked at, there were several issues with the vehicle. We went 2 weeks without the vehicle right after purchase. We had to go back and forth to be able to get our vehicle taken care of, and although the GM always made things right, some of the staff we dealt with in between weren't helpful or knowledgeable enough to be dealing with the problem. We then had title problems and are now trying to get that all settled. Every time there has been an issue, we've been offered another vehicle to drive while it all gets sorted out. But for people who work full time and live an hr away from the store this was never an option for us. Clearly someone had been driving the vehicle because the vehicle was close to needing another oil change. So why weren't the other issues taken care of by Auto Park Ford before the vehicle was sold? This has been a very frustrating process and we do think some things should have been handled better. We also understand that sometime things happen. Hopefully we are done with hiccups and can enjoy our vehicle. I can't say we would ever purchase another vehicle with AutoPark Ford, not enough trust in their word. More
Overall good job but did not assemble back together properly Brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change, they said everything looked good after they were finished. I drove home and everything was great, however the next day my fiance and I was heading to Angola and we would jear a grinding sound when we were braking at red lights/stop signs. We were wondering if the brakes were wearing out but being they said everything looked good, we weren't sure. After we had stopped at a store, i noticed a large part hanging down. It was held on by only one bolt, barely in there. It was some sort of coolant cover that has air intake to assist with cooling, says on thing that it needs to be removed for maintenance amd placed back on after. This would be right near oil filter. We were able to get it back on, but I'd have been one pissed off person had we lost it going down i-69. They need to be less in a hurry and more worried about properly replacing parts they take off. More
