Auto Park Ford did a great job helping me purchase a used 2019 Ford Flex. I took my car in for oil change and they came back with more work that needed done. I scheduled the work I was told the 2front tires needed replaced because of a broken tye rod We scheduled a time to f more work that needed done. I scheduled the work I was told the 2front tires needed replaced because of a broken tye rod We scheduled a time to fix and they were going to Order 2 tires , a air filter and fix the tye Reid with an alignment under my warranty. I remember had 4 tires that came with the care. So the following day I went back out and changed the work order. Canceled the news tires and asked that the 4 tires I had be put on. And to please keep the 2 back tires that were still good. I had an apponibtment for thursday but I was going out of town so dropped off Tuesday night When I got the car back I questioned the bill. I did not see the filter was installed or no mention of an alignment. Also all 4 tires were put back in my car with one on my back seat without a bag around it they were pleasant when I questioned but just keep reading over the invoice that I was looking at. Unhappy customer I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hate I have been unhappy with Auto Park Ford since I purchased my Ford Escape from them. I had previously leased a Ford Ecosport from this dealer. I hated this car, However, I thought I was stuck with it so I had a car starter ($521.23) put on it thinking I was probably going to purchase it after the lease was finished, I kept it for 3 months. I couldn't stand it. Therefore, I turned it back in for the Ford I currently have. In the negotiations if Andy factored in the car starter, that never worked. He said no that x amount was all they were going to give me. I went back a few days later and talked to the manager about the $500 for the car starter that never worked. He sent me to Andy. Andy told me to money for the car starter was in the cost they gave me for the car. This was a bald face lie! I could go on, however I'm done. More

I chose to take the truck to Auto Park Ford and they not only fixed my vehicle but repair made as a condition of sale at a Ford dealer of my choice. I chose to take the truck to Auto Park Ford and they not only fixed my vehicle but also worked together with the other dealer on my behalf, and provided me with transportation during the repair.
