My husband and I had the best car buying experience at Ford Auto Park! I worked primarily with Brent who was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle. I think he answered more than 30 Emails from me with questions since we aren’t local. He sent me videos and photos of the vehicle making sure I knew of any flaws (there weren’t many!) before making the 4.5 hr drive to purchase the car. Brent was so attentive to all of the details. When we arrived the car was all set, ready to go in the garage (since it was raining) for us to examine and test drive. Brent had all of the paperwork set up prior to our arrival so between the test drive and purchase, we were in and out in under an hour. Part of the way through, Brent was needed on a phone call. Moe stepped in seamlessly and helped with the paperwork. He was also fantastic. They were so attentive to our needs, never pushy, always accommodating. My husband and I are quite young, and that was never an issue. We have visited 8 dealerships in the last month and this was by far the best experience we have had. If I am car buying in the future, we will start here. Ford Auto Park not only has fantastic vehicles at really good prices, they have genuinely good hearted people.
