Communication was really nice before they did any extra work on our explorer when we weren't expecting to have it done besides an oil change. Also they were able to work us in that day and complete the wor work on our explorer when we weren't expecting to have it done besides an oil change. I bought my Ecsport two year’s ago and have been very happy with it. The only time I have needed to bring it in is for oil changes and tire rotation.
