Mitch and Rick were outstanding in their communication concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new tran concerning the status of my vehicle while in service. I was disappointed in Ford Corporate that they did not cover more of the cost of the new transmission since they are having so many problems with this year and model (2014:Escape) of vehicle. However, the dealership did what they could and I am extremely grateful for their help. More

The service center staff is always so friendly. The man that came into the waiting room to get me on Thursday after my car was done was so polite and explained everything to me, making all of the info easy that came into the waiting room to get me on Thursday after my car was done was so polite and explained everything to me, making all of the info easy to understand. I love it that there is a free carwash. I drank yummy coffee and plugged in my computer and worked in the waiting room. Everything was spaced apart and every one in the service department wore masks which I appreciate. I will be back for my next oil change! More
