Auto Park Ford La Porte - Service Center

Called about a recall on my car, got told 2 different story's on if my car was in the recall. Bob told me that he was going to charge me $ to check and see if my car was covered in the recall, and anothe story's on if my car was in the recall. Bob told me that he was going to charge me $ to check and see if my car was covered in the recall, and another looking up my Vin and said no we are not going to charge you to see if I was covered. At one point Bob acted like he couldn't hear me on the phone and hung up on me. I thankfully called back and talked to a younger guy and he helped me out and got my car fixed. I didn't want anything free just to get my car fixed, and if it was covered under a recall great, but if not so be it. I will not work with Bob again if I can help it. Sad because I have owned nothing but ford's my whole life and this leaves a bad taste in my mouth, on any future dealing with my home town ford dealership. More

Took my car in on a friday, they had my car for 7 hours for the air bag recall, which they had replaced already, airbag light was still on when I picked up my car,and break line. did not fix anything.
