The first time we brought my Edge in for an oil change we specifically told them not to rotate the tires because they had just been put on. Went back to pick it up and they’d rotated them. The service guy t specifically told them not to rotate the tires because they had just been put on. Went back to pick it up and they’d rotated them. The service guy took the charge off but never offered to have them rotated back or make it right. A couple of months ago we had our Edge in for a service because it had been vibrating and shifting hard and after 2 days were told everything checked out. Took it to Gurley Leep and found out the transmission was bad and had to be replaced. We will no longer be using Auto Park Ford for anything. More

Your customer service rep I believe his name is Kyle that checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond. I was there for oil change tire rotation, I know he said it would take about an hour, but I was checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond.
