Your customer service rep I believe his name is Kyle that checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond. I was there for oil change tire rotation, I know he said it would take about an hour, but I was checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond. I was there for oil change tire rotation, I know he said it would take about an hour, but I was there close to 2.5 hrs not his fault. I believe your car Porter, Jordan, the one at washes vehicles did fantastic job. On a side-note you need to have sweeten-low for your coffee. Lol Overall good experience and satisfy More
