After talking to him how they are now new owners and want my business to let them prove they can change my mind about this dealer and Ford. Thought I had transmission problem , service tech found just mass air flow sensor was bad. Saved me hundreds of dollars if I would have started at a transmission shop.Was so pleased with the honesty of service department three weeks later I bought a new Ford truck. Was so pleased with my experience in buying my new truck told my wife and she went and talked with them and bought a new truck also.I have told many people that BIG Ford is giving the best deals in the area. Excellent Service I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, an I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, and I was expecting a huge bill. Instead of replacing the entire panel, the dealership ordered new pins (improved design since I bought the car), and replaced the pins. And didn’t charge me a dime, even though they rightfully could have. They were quick and thorough. I was stunned that a dealership would do this. Excellent service!!! More
