IT WAS SO BAD THAT MY BO Like to thank the new owners of Big Ford. Had very bad experience with pine ford with my personal vehicles and work vehicles. IT WAS SO BAD THAT MY BOSS SAID HE WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER Vehicle for the city from there.Stopped in one day in late December and talked to the service manager about working on my personal vehicle. After talking to him how they are now new owners and want my business to let them prove they can change my mind about this dealer and Ford. Thought I had transmission problem , service tech found just mass air flow sensor was bad. Saved me hundreds of dollars if I would have started at a transmission shop.Was so pleased with the honesty of service department three weeks later I bought a new Ford truck. Want to thank salesman kenny and sales manager Scott. Was so pleased with my experience in buying my new truck told my wife and she went and talked with them and bought a new truck also.I have told many people that BIG Ford is giving the best deals in the area. Excellent Service I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, an I brought my 2014 Ford Escape in due to the rear passenger inner door panel sticking and popping off of the frame. My warranty had already expired, and I was expecting a huge bill. Instead of replacing the entire panel, the dealership ordered new pins (improved design since I bought the car), and replaced the pins. And didn’t charge me a dime, even though they rightfully could have. They were quick and thorough. I was stunned that a dealership would do this. Excellent service!!! More
