I first noticed the professionalism and care when talkingto Tim. Tim called me after hours when I was inquiring on the truck. I was very pleased with our conversation and he definitely didn't seem to pushy. I went to the dealership a couple days later just to go see the truck in person. I didn't expect to be driving away with such a nice truck that night, which may I say they stayed after hours to get me driving. I was very pleased with Jonathan's appraisal of my vehicle. I even left some important paperwork in the vehicle I traded in and the tech cleaning my old truck was very responsive and messaged me right away to get my papers back to me. Overall I was very impressed and will return to purchase our next vehicle from LaPorte Autopark Ford. More

I originally inquired about another vehicle that was listed online. I spoke with Tim Mishler, he was straight up with me about the condition of the vehicle as I live 3 hours away and he didn't want time listed online. He mentioned there was a similar vehicle available in much better condition. We discussed, they offered a fair price and a deal was made. Jonathan O'Dell assisted with financial services and was able to find an excellent rate. Great customer service overall with no push. Great experience buying my first vehicle from a dealership.
