Your customer service rep I believe his name is Kyle that checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond. I was there for oil change tire rotation, I know he said it would take about an hour, but I was checked you in, very friendly goes above and beyond. I was there for oil change tire rotation, I know he said it would take about an hour, but I was there close to 2.5 hrs not his fault. Keegan was great to work with as he wasn't pushy and didn't seem like "a salesman" as this was a good thing to us. He even worked at buffing out a spot on the front of the vehicle with out us asking whi didn't seem like "a salesman" as this was a good thing to us. He even worked at buffing out a spot on the front of the vehicle with out us asking which we appreciated so much. Deb was also very helpful when Keegan was off the day we stopped by. She made sure Keegan was informed and told us this sale would go to him which was nice to know they all work together. We feel the vehicle wasn't over priced and was a good deal for a very clean well maintained vehicle. Would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks Auto Ford and Keegan! More
