Thank you for sharing your feedback and it is unfortunate you feel you received poor service. I believe there was more to the experience that is not being shared. The reason he handed your keys back was to actually instead save you time and not have you wait. We did try to call you after you left to offer that we make another call for you at a different time due to the hold time to speak with someone with your Extended Service Plan. You declined. It is important to note that you expressed that we were able to get you in 2 weeks sooner than a couple other places you called. However, the Service Manager was at the desk by himself that day and explained that the current wait time on your Non-Ford Extended Service Contract was over an hour and that he was 20th person in line on the call. He suggested that instead of waiting, we/you call back at another time when the hold is less to see if the part was even covered under your contract. A Non-Ford contract requires prior approval and a part and labor quote before we know if the part will be covered. It is not that we did not want to provide you service that day, it was that your Extended Service Plan Provider was not going to be able to provide us the informatoin we needed or if the part was even going to be covered in a timeframe that was reasonable that day. It was an effort to not make you wait for over an hour just for someone to pick up the phone that caused us to hand your keys back, not our desire to not assist you.

No u did not try to call me back and offer another call to warrenty place. I received a call after I did the survey. They employee who the review talks about called me which is very strange. Pls present me a site and i will post the call logs to prove that. Second ur store is small so u can hear what they say at the counter from the lounge. He called and was put on hold and immediately said he isnt waiting that long and 10 minutes later came and got me and said he cant wait he is only employee here today. I woulda called for u guys and sat on hold but theres no cell signal in ur building. I was very polite even when he said he wasnt doing it. Review was what happened so is what it is. He coulda easily had one of the 5 people up front that were talking and standing around wait on hold for him but guess helping each other out is a crazy idea.
