Great I had ordered a part for my mirror that had been hit, it took a few months to get it. Scheduled maintenance I made my appointment online and received a confirmation and a reminder. When I arrived for the appointment and checked in at the service department I made my appointment online and received a confirmation and a reminder. When I arrived for the appointment and checked in at the service department, there was no appointment for me. They were able to work my car in and I also asked if they could check my daytime running lights to see if they were disabled. I had my car back within an hour and also had my daytime running lights enabled. The service manage kept me informed on how things were going with my appointment during my visit which I appreciated. I did not meet Jason Clark, the service tech but he knew exactly how to enable my Daytime running lamps. Deb at the billing office sign me up for the Ford rewards program. Overall I was very pleased with my service from this Ford dealership. More
