We have a motor home on a Ford chassis. We were told that Auto Park Ford were experts in this field. The problem involves a significant vibration in the vehicle at certain speeds. They diagnosed a transmission dipstick pressing against the body and a driveshaft out of balance. The dipstick issue was fixed and the driveshaft replaced with zero improvement. I feel that they did not accurately diagnose the problem and we’re no better off than when we walked in there. More

Paid $149 for a diagnostic, when I told them what was wrong and what I wanted. I said the gasket was bad on the housing that connects the radiator hose to the water pump.
