Service was good. The lead time I was told on a new truck order was estimated at 6-8 weeks, it showed up in just over 12. The service department got my truck in promptly for an oil change and it was done quickly and was very well. The cashier checked my Ford pass points and found out that I had enough points to cover my oil oil change and it was done quickly and was very well.
