The customer service was poor. I had scheduled a loaner vehicle for my oil change and the lady helping me “forgot” to get me one. She had an attitude and tried to make me feel bad for wanting a loaner vehi vehicle for my oil change and the lady helping me “forgot” to get me one. She had an attitude and tried to make me feel bad for wanting a loaner vehicle and not staying at the shop to wait for my car to be done. She said it would ONLY take 45 minutes for the oil change and didn’t see why I needed a loaner. The service took over two hours. I ended up getting a “loaner” vehicle that was snow and ice covered with no snow scrapper. Will not be going back there. More

I've bought a lot of cars in my life, but this was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had! Everything was great--they had the vehicle I wanted, they gave me absolute top dollar for my trade easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had! I think they treat you the way they would like to be treated! I love Bremen Auto park Ford!!! They always go above and beyond. I needed something fixed for my car and they gave me a loaner while it was getting fixed for no charge. They detailed the outside of my car w beyond. I needed something fixed for my car and they gave me a loaner while it was getting fixed for no charge. They detailed the outside of my car while I only asked for the inside. And let my car sit overnight by the heat so my car seats would be dry. Highly recommend them. More
