He delivered the car to me at my home and helped me connect my phone to the sound system for hands-free calling. He called me twice in the first week to see if I had any questions about the vehicle. I would rate him a 10 if I could. I am also very impressed with the Ford Edge SEL. My previous vehicle was a 2012 Lexus RX 350, and I like the Edge better.
