Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry you feel you did not have the 5-Star experience most of our customers experience. Our dealership ships vehicles all over the country on a monthly basis and our customers are very happy with that process. With that said, we understand that different States may have different laws regarding, plating, titling and registration, so we are sorry you have not been able to enjoy your vehicle as soon as it arrived. It appears those wheels were already in motion to try and get that remedied for you. In regards to the sale price, according to your Purchase Agreement, the sale price was not $18,000 over, and we would be happy to go over the paperwork with you if you believe something is in error. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and although after several attempts we were not able to remedy this to your satisfaction, we will use your feedback as a coaching and learning experience to avoid this type of issue in the future.
