Auto Park Chrysler Jeep

Not a good place to buy a Jeep I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cary Autopark Chrysler Jeep this last weekend and I am very disappointed with the end result of my purchase. I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cary Autopark Chrysler Jeep this last weekend and I am very disappointed with the end result of my purchase. I spent 4 hours on Saturday in the store with the salesman pretty much holding my keys hostage trying to strong arm me into buying a Jeep, but i know that is a typical dealership. I went to the lot the next day to buy the Jeep that I looked at and it was later in the evening and I forgot to ask to see the carfax. Went through all the finance paperwork and all the paperwork that I signed stated that the Jeep was not in an accident. But later found the carfax in-between the seats low and behold the Jeep had been in an accident and repaired. I called and spoke to the manager not more than 9 hrs after buying the Jeep and told him what had happened, the answer I received in short was you own the car and Cary Autopark Jeep is not willing to help resolve the issue. Poor customer service after the sale is finalized. This is not a good practice to keep return customers. I guess Westgate will be the place that I shop for my next Jeep. More
