Brittany was understanding, compassionate, resourceful, attentive, responsive, and very knowledgeable in communicating the issues with my Jeep. She is a keeper. I have never had a woman service advisor, but it was a great experience to work with someone that speaks my language and understands the mechanics from a female point of view. Brittany handled the thinking, planning, research for my Jeep and she provided options for me to choose the best solution. The service was wonderful. Thank you for hiring Brittany as a service advisor and I hope she stays with Auto Park Chrysler for a long long time. More

Great Service Writer but pressure selling extra services First we had FANTASTIC Service from a young lady Service Writer (didn't catch her name) however, my college age daughter was pressured into additional First we had FANTASTIC Service from a young lady Service Writer (didn't catch her name) however, my college age daughter was pressured into additional $1600 in services which put her into a panic that her Jeep was unsafe. She is home from college and only needed the recall work done. This pressure to up sell extra services is the reason for our less than 5 star review. We told the man who checked in her vehicle that we had a service plan with another dealership where we purchased her Jeep (and told we didn't need any extra services). We had excellent service with scheduling, communication (with the female service writer), and check out. She was very friendly, concise, and professional. However, the high pressure for additional services will keep our business elsewhere. More

My first impression was how organized and professional the service area appeared. My Service Advisor Brittany was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns about my Liberty’s airbag problem. Brittany kept me informed every step of the way while Ken my service technician worked to trouble shoot the problem. He finally tracked down a cut wired and was able to make the repair. I was so pleased that the problem was identified and repaired all in the same day and that the cost was reasonable. I feel like I can trust Auto Park Jeep for all my service needs. Also I have no doubt that Brittany and Ken went the extra mile to make sure I received the best service possible! More
Decent deal but bad sales experience I bought a used Acura TLX they had available and traded in my ILX. They offered a competitive price on the trade in and were reasonable on the pricing for the car I bought. The salesman I dealt with, Malcolm, is still new and had his mentor Bruce watching over once it became apparent I was seriously considering the purchase. Bruce was disorganized and repeatedly messed up aspects of the deal and paperwork, but it eventually got it sorted out. All-in-all, the purchasing experience was tedious but on par with any other dealer. However, I have 2 serious complaints after the purchase: 1. Their financing manager (Ridout? I think was his name) said the car comes with a 30 day dealer warranty. I took him at his word. A few days later when the battery died (not a huge issue, the battery is at the age where that happens), I tried to use the warranty to replace it. I was told no such warranty applies, and upon reviewing my paperwork saw that the only mention of a warranty is that I am explicitly not provided one. Maybe it's a mistake, maybe they lied, maybe I misheard him. Either way, I can't prove anything and I'm stuck getting it fixed myself. I did ask if they'd provide a replacement anyway, since I did literally just buy it, but multiple people in the sales department said that was not going to happen. 2. I asked that my financing be done through Ally Bank if the rate is competitive, since I already have an account with them. They put me through Wells Fargo instead, presumably because they had the best rate. Later I researched and found that not only was the rate I got not the best available for my auto-credit score (which is almost perfect), but it is exactly the same rate Ally would have provided. Maybe their cut is better through Wells Fargo, or they just messed it up. Also not something I can really prove, but I'll see about refinancing the loan. All in all, I'm satisfied with the car itself, but I would've bought it somewhere else if I could do it again. More
Leighton my service advisor did great and was prepared for my questions. I asked how much it would be to fix something and he was prepared with the answer. Not once was I on hold, which I love since time for my questions. I asked how much it would be to fix something and he was prepared with the answer. I wouldn’t recommend even considering to buy a car from Leith, there are too many other Chrysler Jeep dealerships around to put up with rude behavior. More
