Very disappointed in this dealership, Johnson Bullock in particular. Arranged to purchase a used VW Passat. Nice car. Was told the price. Confirmed the price TWICE via text. Got cashiers check from credit union and headed to buy car, only to find that they had “forgotten” to add sales tax (not good but I would have paid it), tag fee (same) and a “doc fee” of almost $700. It’s not that the additional $1,200+ was part of the price, it’s that he couldn’t be bothered to read his texts AND THEN made up a LAME excuse with his manager that he expected us to bring a BLANK cashiers check (something that does not exist from any bank) and then his even more lame manager backed him up. Took my business elsewhere! More

Great Experience I saw a car (used) at leithcars.com that had just come online. I knew they hadn’t even had time to service it yet, because there was only one picture. I saw a car (used) at leithcars.com that had just come online. I knew they hadn’t even had time to service it yet, because there was only one picture. I immediately went up there and they encouraged me to not only take it for a ride, but take it home so my wife could see it. I followed their lead and the next day we ended up buying it. I dealt with Marvin (sales), Coy (gen sales mgr), and Tyler (finance). All three of these men were professional, friendly and helpful. My son bought a car (also used) there as well about a year ago and had the same experience. Highly recommend Leith Chrysler Jeep! More

Great Customer Service Upon opening, a gentleman greeted me, directed me where to park, knew my name and guided me to check-in where I met Brittany. She listened to my story, told me who would be working on my truck, took care of the details and then took me to the waiting area. On the way to the waiting area, she pointed out all the amenities available to help the customer feel comfortable. She checked on me several times and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. She accompanied me to the check-out and stated she would be in touch with more details. The cashier was very nice and courteous. The entire experience was pleasant. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership and, especially this service center, to anyone! More

Great staff, professional service Brittany knows that this is my daughters Jeep and that she goes to college out of state. So when Brittany and her team get it in the shop it’s gone ov Brittany knows that this is my daughters Jeep and that she goes to college out of state. So when Brittany and her team get it in the shop it’s gone over from bumper to bumper. They completed a couple of maintenance items and due services and got it all done the same day at a lot less cost than I expected I will rest easy when she drives her Jeep back to college knowing is has been in the hands of professionals. Best Recall service/Best customer service My experience was very pleasant from the gentleman that met me at my car and took me to the techs. He was very kind so early in the morning. The Tech who introduced me to my service advisor was friendly. My service advisor Brittany Alexander was wonder. She kept me in the loop the entire time the car was being service.The tech (can't read his writing) who saved me money by aligning my tires instead of letting me purchase new tires saved me at least $400 was a true treasure. Brittany followed up and gave me her card so I can reach her when needed. The gentleman who asked if I needed to go anywhere while my being service was a kind gentleman and made sure he asked even though I was in the kiddies' room. The young woman who took payment was also nice. It was also great that I was notified of the recall and treated like a regular paying customer. Brittany and the team made my visit painless and as comfortable as possible. More
