I enjoy visiting the Leith Auto Park Chrysler Jeep Service Center in Cary NC because of their Warm and friendly customer service personality.. The Staff values each customer's time, and vehicle needs. It has been a pleasant experience since the initial visit and purchase of of my vehicle in 2002 (White 5 speed PT Cruiser) that has led me back to purchase, now a 4th vehicle because of the consistent superb customer service provided. Twice this dealership has changed our oil and I was able to hand tighten the oil filter afterwards (this last time took a video). Once can be forgiven. Twice is incompetence. Do not go there to get your oil to hand tighten the oil filter afterwards (this last time took a video). Once can be forgiven. Twice is incompetence. Do not go there to get your oil changed. My car was Great yet when I went to pick it up the front desk was rude and looking at me like I had egg on my face. ignored me standing there for about 5 min I had to ask was I in the wrong place. My visit went so smoothly. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership and I expected it to be a hassle. It was definitely not! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently but I never felt vehicle from a dealership and I expected it to be a hassle. It was definitely not! Everything was handled quickly and efficiently but I never felt rushed or pressured. And I loved how they took the time to teach me how to use everything in my vehicle instead of sending me off to figure it all out on my own. Was an overall great experience! More

And hadn't even been checked in yet. Checked back at 4:45pm and they still hadn't even looked at our car. Picked it up at 5:30pm and it was still parked in the same spot!!!!
