The wife and I live near Fayetteville and checked Jeep prices here. Not only were they much higher but they all had the attitude that there are plenty of Soldiers to sell to and they didn't need to lower prices here. We even had the USAA price guarantee and Hendrick still managed to weasal their costs into the price. Fed up the wife and I headed to Cary and the Auto Park. We arrived and were quickly met by Tom Graham. Tom was both friendly, informative and had a sense of humor, which was a breath of fresh air after what we had seen in Fayetteville. My wife wanted the Overland Jeep Cherokee. Not only did she wanted an Overland but it HAD to be a certain color with a certain interior. They didn't have one on the lot so they found one and then drove an hour each way to get it so she could test drive it. I was so impressed by the service and the price that I drove back to the house, got my truck and traded it on a 2012 Jeep Unlimited Sahara. Tom and the team is just awesome. We saved about $6K over the riduculous Fayetteville dealers with USAA pricing and I had a better time. Never did figure out who ate all of the popcorn but we laughed all day. I would suggest to all to head that way and fing Tom. The only thing I wished they had was USAA preferred dealer pricing. I'm not saying that for the price so much but that USAA would at least offer Soldiers the opportunity to head to Cary instead of leading them to the dealerships here in town. More

What I like was, through his talking with his manager, he found a way to get me the car she wanted, not a way not to get it. If I lost dollars with this deal, then it doesn't matter. What matters was his pleasant approach and attitude toward me as a customer. His overall concern was not just for me but also the dealership. I feel that we are all satisfied with his work ethics. Mr. Ware was very professional. He helped me find a vehicle that was just right for me. I was a little apprehensive about trading my vehicle as I had grown very attached to it, but after working with vehicle that was just right for me. I usually don't purchase new vehicles and was looking for a pre-owned vehicle, but after working with Mr. Ware I was able to purchase a brand new 2012 Cheep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Lastly, and amazingly, I was dead set against purchasing a Jeep, but after Mr. Ware showed me a Jeep that had everything I wanted I actually purchased a Jeep! I think Mr. Ware is an asset not only to Autopark Jeep/Chrysler, but to the auto retail industry as well. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease with the process and works really hard to help you achieve your goal - finding a wonderful vehicle at an awesome price, and with terms you can live with. Will Sutton, our salesman, was the best. He consistently went out of his way for us. We were actually "just looking" and went home with a car at 10 pm because he and the office/finance manager were so custo went out of his way for us.
