I had been looking on line at the vehicle for quite some time. I was not quite ready to buy but I wanted to get a ball park figure on the cost. Ben respected my wishes and helped me on line with everything I needed to know. I really appreciated that! When the day came and I received my taxes back I e-mailed Ben and it was his day off but he helped me anyway to schedule an appointment with him that next morning. I met him at 9:00 AM that Friday morning and I drove off in my new Jeep by 10:30! I love my Jeep and Ben was very friendly and has a great personality. I was interested in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and went to this dealership because it was the closest to me. I had never driven one so first thing I asked was to do a test drive. After the test drive we started to deal. The price ON THE VEHICLE was $24900. They offered me $1500 on my 2005 Dodge Caravan. They absolutely would not budge on the price or the trade in. That's OK except the salesman then told me that the sticker price on the vehicle was wrong and that if I didn't purchase it that day the price would go up $2000! Interesting since that's ILLEGAL! I have no interest in doing business with someone who would try to play me like that. So I left. A few days later I realized that they had not put my registration for my Caravan back in the car after they test drove it to determine the trade in value. When I called the dealership they said they would look for it and call me back. A few days later still didn't hear back. So I called again. They "lost" it. Horrible customer experience. Will never go there again. Ended up with a brand new 2014 for only $1000 more at a different dealership. More

My experience buying a new car at the Cary Autopark Chrysler with Ethan was good. He wanted to make sure we got the right car for what we were looking for around our price point. I was less enthused about the finance and add-on options presented at the end of the buying experience, but I think that is the worst part for anyone buying a car. Overall, the sales team did a good job answering and even anticipating the questions I had as a new car buyer. At one point, I felt like I must be missing out on certain questions because this was new to me, and Ethan and the other sales associates took the time to talk to me about the most commonly asked questions to ensure I did not miss anything. I would recommend buying a Jeep from this dealership (from Ethan), and our family is excited about our new Jeep! More

I went to Autopark Jeep to trade-in my 2-door Sahara for another one with 4 doors. Initially I did not see anything of interest when I reviewed the inventory with Bruce. He was kind enough to offer to follo another one with 4 doors. Initially I did not see anything of interest when I reviewed the inventory with Bruce. Bruce did just that, and went and picked it up at another location so that I could see and drive the Jeep. He was not pushy nor did he try and put me something, today. We were able to come to a fair deal for the vehicle and my trade. I greatly appreciate Bruce for his patience and service even on Halloween night...no "tricks" just the treat of the perfect Unlimited!
