I got a fair value on my 10 year old Town and Country trade-in. There was not need to haggle, as they met my desired monthly rate. There wasn't much waiting for the paperwork. There was not an exorbitant amount of paperwork. They even transferred my existing license plate over, so I didn't have to wait in line at the DMV. Michael even cleaned the plate before installing it! Michael isn't pushy. He listens to what you're looking for. He made sure that my nine year old daughter was occupied with popcorn.
