I gotta give xxxxxxto the Car Max USA. They took a fee to process a loan of $360. I signed for the car and left. Then I got a call with good news that I was approved for a different loan through Happo credit process a loan of $360. I signed for the car and left. Then I got a call with good news that I was approved for a different loan through Happo credit union at 10% lower on the interest rate, a year shaved off the loan time and it lowered my monthly bill by $65/month. I went back and signed new papers. Today I'm being asked to come back and get my loan processing fee back because the new loan provider didn't ask for a fee :) I got this vehicle with no money down and my van as a trade in even though the transmission is about to blow. I went from a nightmare to a dream. Six years on a used Dodge caravan, that was still not paid off and issue after issue to a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander with only 30,000 miles on it. I really feel like they had my safety in mind by putting me in a car the same day. And I know they had my finances in mind when they helped me into a better loan. I'm excited to be covered by the GAP and mechanics insurance because I know first hand the costs can add up. A $100 deductible and pretty much a mile long list of things that will be fixed! I feel blessed and AUTOMAX is the best! More

The service at Auto Max was exceptional!! Johnny Kitner was the sales associate that helped me. He worked hard and went out of his way to work around my schedule to find me a truck that fit into my price r was the sales associate that helped me.
