I was naive and didn't ask all the questions that I should have. He said a few times that they will "throw the warranty in" and lo and behold, I now have a $1500 warranty tacked on to my loan. The manager never one verbally stated how much the total loan was going to be - only the payment per month. They also installed new brake pads and rotors which I was impressed with, until the next day the car started making HORRIBLE noises, like the tire was going to fall off. I checked the lug nuts, only to find that they had been hand tightened. I brought it to my local mechanic who fixed me up, but also stated how dangerous this was (considering I was leaving for Chicago the next day). When I called them to inform them of the issue, the receptionist tried to pass the blame by saying a different company did that. Which, is a complete and utter lie. More

(and it was still way over kelly blue book suggested retail !) Car was $12,000, and they lost the sale over $300. Here is what their website says: "The premise is actually quite simple. Its better to make 20 nickels than 5 dimes. What does that mean for you, our valued customer. The answer is... a great buy, on a great car every day. No need to "hurry in" while the sale price is still valid. Come in at your convenience. The "price is always "sale priced" and the selection is always large." WRONG!!! Sale prices always posted in the windows." WRONG!!! More
