Please do not buy a care from this place! Worst experience I’ve ever experienced. When I first got my car the control switch with out. Maybe a week or 2 later the started went out. (I had to come out of pocket for that) they still wanted a payment of they was going shut my car off even though it wasn’t cranking or anything. Now here we are again, I’m out and about in 100 degrees weather when my car shut off on me. Thank God I was around someone I knew! It would crank because my card didn’t go through for $90! I never missed a payment or even been late. They don’t know how to communicate. No email, no phone call just a shut off car. Omg I haven’t even gotten to the service part! They do not fix nothing! Just a waste of time More

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! First of all, the app to make payments almost never works (I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, installe in my life!! Would give zero stars if I could!! First of all, the app to make payments almost never works (I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, installed in a different device and still doesn’t work), when you’re practically forced to call the payment in they want to charge a fee for processing the payment over the phone. You call and choose the “make payment” option and someone answers and says they have to call you back because there’s nobody available to take a payment, but then nobody calls you back and you have to do it all over again!! They’re truly the worst!!! More

They are also VERY disrespectful to their employees, they only want money regardless of the corners they have to cut to get it! They are VERY SHADY and I would not spend a penny with them! I’m sure that most of the people who work for them only do so because they need employment, 1 star is too high for them to receive, there really should be a 0 star option available so they can get the score they truly deserve!!! The worst dealer ever I don’t recommend you to get a car from this dealer place , they will not notify you if they TURN YOUR CAR OFF they will turn your off and then when you call to try to make a payment o from this dealer place , they will not notify you if they TURN YOUR CAR OFF they will turn your off and then when you call to try to make a payment on a Saturday no answers your phone call not even Jennifer the manger and they leave your car off for the whole weekend and Jennifer phone will not go through the worst company ever !!!! Aside from the fact that this company consistently sells cars in need of immediate mechanical repairs (as expected from a buy here, pay here) they handle any mistakes or customer concerns/complaints with co cars in need of immediate mechanical repairs (as expected from a buy here, pay here) they handle any mistakes or customer concerns/complaints with complete negligence. After three months of begging them, for either answers, or a resolution, in respect to violating their own terms and agreements on the legally binding contract, that I signed upon purchase, I have now been forced to file complaints with the general attorneys office, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of motor vehicles. Since my most recent efforts towards resolution, the dealership has blocked my phone number and the management team on site refuses to even speak with me anytime I show up. I am currently being sued because of the negligence of this company and absolutely no one will take ownership or accountability for mistakes made on their end. More
These people will Lie to get you to take the car off the lot but then when the car has a problem no one wants to take responsibility. I have had the car since October and it’s been in some sort of repair fo lot but then when the car has a problem no one wants to take responsibility. I have had the car since October and it’s been in some sort of repair for 3 months of those 5 months. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with these people. I have lost money on Ubers and on rentals due to the mismanagement of this company. More
