Horrible management and ugly business practices. Matt Comido (General Manager) is quite possibly the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever encountered. AL sold us an SUV that had constant errors Matt Comido (General Manager) is quite possibly the most unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever encountered. AL sold us an SUV that had constant errors. They reset the computer then sold it to us and when the errors inevitably popped up again we brought it in for repairs. 9 months later of constant excuses (and returning the car unfixed) lead us to get a lawyer and demand they take their car back. Initially they refused (knowing the car is unfixable) but after the lawyer got involved they relented to at least give us the current market value despite us losing approximately 7k in the deal. When we arrived to sign the papers and give them $7k to get out from under this car, Matt began to try and change the deal and then began to add charges on top. After an hour and a half battle where he insulted my wife, my intelligence, cursed at us repeatedly, and directly lied to his supervisor on the phone we finally got him to accept covering half of the new charges they were trying to tack on (brining our total loss to 8k). This was AFTER we got the lawyer on the phone AND it was only because we had kept him past his normal leave time and he wanted to go home. Matt then informed us he will just reset the codes and sell that SUV to someone else. He also looked directly at my wife as he was leaving and said “See you next time” which is an acronym for a terrible name to call a woman. Matt was far and away the biggest problem about AL but their practices in general are abysmal and just wrong. I’ve told everyone our story and will continue to until AL passes away like all the other horrible used car dealerships before them. More
