Great first-time car buying experience I used Auto Lenders for my first ever car purchase (I traded in an inherited vehicle) and they made me feel comfortable with the whole process. The sales people were friendly and not pushy at all; at no time did I feel like they were circling me like sharks. All of my questions were answered politely and with knowledge. in may 2013 i bought a 2007 honda accord 4 door 2.4l v-tec the body had couple dings couple scratches not to bad i bought car at full price the check engine light came on in three days i called they sai v-tec the body had couple dings couple scratches not to bad i bought car at full price the check engine light came on in three days i called they said i bought car as is but was pre certified the sensors it needs is engine coolant tempture sensor and air temputure sensor and also needed the whole new front break system i called they told me it was common for check engine light was because of the gas cap was not on straight lied rite to my face then i called again and they never returned my phone call he said his mname was matt never called me back just blew me off so beware of sub par cars and salesman and management that dont care about there customers the last time my family will be back and all they had to do is replace these faulty parts wouldnt have cost more than 600 bucks but instead they lost a customer and i will be posting this all over the web thanks for my first experiance to be the worst More

We were looking for a specific type of mini van and Auto Lenders had the best selection. We were greeted by a friendly and extremely helpful salesperson who was also knowledgeable about the product.
