Best car buying experience of my life We've all had that typical car dealership experience where they promise you one thing on their website or some non-solicited junk mail luring you to c We've all had that typical car dealership experience where they promise you one thing on their website or some non-solicited junk mail luring you to come in. You go there and get met with all kinds of excuses as to why the offer does not apply to you or whatever. Then there is the haggling, the claiming they cannot do this or that. I anticipated the same thing when I went to Auto Lenders but I was totally wrong. No BS at all. I completed most of the process online at their website, via email and then a phone call. Once I got there they had my car waiting for me, worked out the details and then signed the paperwork and left. The staff were all courteous and professional. They called a day later to say my plates and registration was ready. They even offered to overnight them to me so I did not have to drive down there! Who does that?!?! More

You don't typically find a dealership willing to work with you on pricing, who fixes issues for no charge, and provides fair value for your trade. My experience was second-to-none and I recommend that you check out Auto Lenders before you make any decisions on your next car, truck, or SUV. I've dealt with quite a few used car dealers and this place is by far the #1 on my list! More

First Used Car Ever Purchased I had pledged to never purchase a USED, because I did not want to be provided with other people’s problems. So in the last 30 year every car I had pu I had pledged to never purchase a USED, because I did not want to be provided with other people’s problems. So in the last 30 year every car I had purchased was NEW. I was referred to Auto Lenders by my friend because he and his wife had recently purchased a car from Auto Lenders. So I decided to take shot and still very hesitant. Originally I had met with Kyle at the lot inquiring about a Grand Jeep Cherokee, they did not have one on the lot and the original I did see got sold. I figured that was the game bring me in and push another vehicle, it did not happen. Kyle just indicated to me when one is available he would call. A few hours later I got an email from Brad Wimmer (Owner) thanking me for stopping by, and will try to earn my business. A day later I got email indicated a car was available. I made arrangement to see the car still hesitant to purchase a USED car. Met with Kyle at the lot, I was running a little late but he waited. He pulled the car out and allowed me to test drive it on my own, no sales person seating on the passenger seat tell you how great the car is. That was different and helped a bit to purchase. After I got back we sat down reviewed a few things and Kyle never at one time put the pressure on to purchase the car, he knew how I had never purchased a USED car before. I just wanted some assurance of the quality of the car. After talking about an hour reviewing the numbers and features of the 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee, and with Kyle’s non-pressure style I purchased my FIRST USED car in 30 years. Car shopping with two small boys can be challenging but Colin was efficient, accommodating and friendly enough that it was a positive experience for us. The kids even wanted Colin to come to lunch with us! Since we are from Maryland, Colin quickly transferred cars for us since we had limited time to shop. And he worked quickly getting us the vehicle we wanted at the best price. He is even taking care of all the details that go along with an interstate purchase!
