Buying a vehicle can be such a negative experience with slimy sales people and back door tactics. Not here, it's actually fun...find your car and there's the price. They gave me a 500 dollar repeat customer discount-couldn't be happier! I did my homework on the car we wanted and got a great deal, the service center just down the road has top notch people there as well so you get fantastic support after the purchase which is completely unheard of at a used car dealership. If you are in the market for a great used car...look no further. More

I felt the prices for the most part are on the cusp of fair. A little more than you really want to pay, but they are very willing to work with prospective & future customers in regard to test driving, explaining the way they operate and no real pressure. Who can complain about a free car concierge service from any of their locations. My only complaint would be that the extended warranty prices are a little high. I guess I will have to negotiate a little more on that point in the future. Our salesman Anthony Sottosanti was polite, pleasant & patient. Also knowledgeable & accommodating. On to Auto Lenders of Voorhees, Having never been to the dealer personally I spoke to Jason over the phone, Very pleasant, friendly and patient to answer my few question. I was never rushed and made to feel I like was interrupting Jason's day and that he needed to answer another call, We chatted almost like friends. A vehicle was transferred as requested and with no obligation as advertised. I was preemptively called to be made aware the requested vehicle was at the Voorhees location and ready for my appointment. I was also referred to a salesperson, Giulio (Jules) Leone. Jules was fantastic. Met us at the door and he gathered some of the basic information from us and off to see the vehicle. The vehicle was parked out front and running (getting warmed) waiting for our test drive. We had not set out to purchase the vehicle that night but we did. Kudos to Jules in sales, Jason with customer service and Lew in finance. We arrived at the dealer a little late in the evening and even though we where there past closing time we where not rushed at any point during the paperwork, and we read a lot of fine print that night. Their policy about shipping vehicles over from other locations is very convenient and helpful. I came back a few days later and ended up purchasing a vehicle that they had shipped over for me. They quick detailed the car for me and when some scratches did not come out he gave me the name of their service location where it could be detailed more closely. Overall I found them to be accommodating and friendly. I ended up with a car that I am very pleased with and hope will last for years to come. More
