Bad Communication Skills I had an appointment to view a car, which the salesperson had previous confirmed by calling me cell phone and emailing. I drove an hour and a half in I had an appointment to view a car, which the salesperson had previous confirmed by calling me cell phone and emailing. I drove an hour and a half in traffic on a Saturday to go see the car only to be told by the salesperson that the car was sold and that he tried to contact me to tell me. I received NO phone calls and NO emails from the salesperson or the dealership. I call that Lying and find that to be quite SHADY. Very DISAPPOINTING More

This is the second car that we purchased here. The staff are caring and easy to deal with. There were a few small issues but Michael and I worked them out and Im 100 percent happy!! I love my 2018 Jeep, its like brand new!! Michael worked hard to make sure the little issues were corrected. Im not easy to work with when it comes to buying a car, Im super picky!! I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I was so happy for about the 1st month I owned my truck. After that all went down hill, nothing but one problem after another. 1st my lift gate went, I took it back service told me it had to be something I After that all went down hill, nothing but one problem after another. 1st my lift gate went, I took it back service told me it had to be something I did so it's not covered under the minimal warranty they gave me. They quoted me an astronomical amout 3x's what Nissan themselves wanted to fix it. A few months later while driving the truck started to shake only to find out the tire rod was completely rotted out (less than a year after purchase) and needed new breaks. I was told that was "wear and tear" not covered. Now less than 2 years of having the truck my radiator has completely rotted out. I feel like I bought I huge lemon and was completely taken advantage of. More

My daughter started looking for cars before getting her permit.
