I had never purchased a used car but with the money I was getting from the insurance company I knew I had to look for something used. My neighbors have always bought their cars at Auto Lenders, a good friend bought a number of trucks from Auto Lenders and my son about two years went to Auto Lenders in Linwood since I had told him what I had heard of other experiences and he was very pleased so I decided to go with one of my friends to Auto Lenders and see what was available. Needless I did a lot of crying because of the situation and Clinton was wonderful. He put me at ease immediately and explained everything to me and found another Hyundai Elantra on your lot (a 2016). I looked at it and fell in love with it immediately. I have been driving this model since 2002 bought another 2004, 2008 and 2013 so I really do love the car. He walked me around the lot to look at other autos and I sat in a Dart, and a Toyota but went right back to my Hyundai. He figured everything out for me but since I wouldn't have a check for a week I was in a panic. My dear friend who was with me told me to go ahead with the deal and she would give you her check and I could pay her back when I got my check. THAT IS A WONDERFUL FRIEND AND I AM SURE YOU WILL AGREE. She was so impressed with the dealership and CLINTON that she said if and when she needs another car she will not buy new any more either and would come to your dealership. Finally an auto dealer that does it right I reviewed the Auto Lenders inventory and decided to look at a 2018 Subaru Forester and a 2018 Nissan Altima. When I called the Toms River showroom, I told them that one of the cars I was interested in was at their Princeton showroom. Without hesitation they said that they would have the car moved to Toms River. When I arrived I was greeted by Eric, the salesman that was to assist me. He explained the method that Auto Lenders uses to price their autos. I said to myself "Here we go again" I explained to him that I have had some very bad experiences with car salesmen. Eric calmly said "Just give us a chance and we will win you over" The entire procedure changed my opinion of auto salesmen. It was truly a very great experience. When I found the car I wanted Chris the manager got on the phone with multiple banks to see who could offer me the best rate. Once that step was done it wasn’t much longer until I went to see the finance person Jesse and he had me sign my paper work. Then I was the proud new owner of a car from Auto Lenders of Toms River NJ. I must say I was overly greatful for the efficiency and respectfulness I was treated with; will definitely recommend to all family and friends going forward.
