I have 2016 Lincoln MKZ I took it there for a engine light and some other things came to light. It had a oil leak that oil got all over the sensors and needed to be replaced.Also the hood latch would no light and some other things came to light. It had a oil leak that oil got all over the sensors and needed to be replaced.Also the hood latch would not open when I tried to get an oil change.. My car was in the shop for 10 days. I go to pick it up on Friday February 18th I was told the sensor could be cleaned or replaced. I opted to replace. The price was $405 and with tune up $877.. Well 6 days later the engine was back on so it was never replaced and it was just power washed off. We depend on our vehicles to get us around and we lean on service people to keep our vehicles in tip top condition. Auto lenders use to be that kind of dealership but now I am scared to take my car in. Now it just seems to do less as possible. This was my second car purchase. The General Manager tried to make me feel.like a fool on this purchase when I notice the right rear door was a different color. Now it's the service people by saying they sent my car to maloof Lincoln which now I'm skeptical. 10 days in the shop and I am at the same point again.. my warranty just expired on February 23,2022 and now I know they did nothing to the car. I was a auto lenders customer for life.. my family has got cars there for years and nownwere all will shop else where after this experience... More

They have almost no additional fees, alot of dealers try to charge you for the air you are breathing at this time with car short It was a good price.
