I had a major and potentially costly issue with the suspension after my warranty ran out. Contacted Customer service via their customer portal and received a timely call back. Service Manager asked me to drop off the car to be evaluated. Long story short is that they are making the repairs at No Charge even though it is out of warranty. Note, I did not have to fight to get this done, they did this as a matter of Good Will and Customer service. Truly, a great place to buy a car as you will have peace of mind that you are getting a quality vehicle and excellent customer service. More

I purchased a 2018 Audi s4 at the end of March. 2 days later the car died while I was driving with my family. A plethora of engine codes appeared. Towed over an hour back to auto lenders of Lakewood. The vehicle was there for a week to be told they were only able to fix one of the 2 major issues. No loaner, barely any communication during the week. I got a multi point inspection done by a local reputable Euro shop, they advised me there was a leak in the rear main seal. Auto lenders had my car towed back. It has been there for 3.5 weeks now. I have to fight tooth and nail to get any communication. The service department says there is nothing wrong. No one ever calls me, no loaner again. They weren’t going to fix it, then out of no were once i sent them the invoice from the other shop Then they are going to fix it! They took the car apart, after another week change their minds and tell me the rear main seal is fine and put it back together telling me to pick it up. I’m disgusted at how I am being treated. ZERO communication zero respect as a customer. I never wanted it to come to this but I feel backed into a corner and scammed. service managers is useless. My sales experience was great. But as soon as I was gone I was nothing. This service depts completely incompetent. Should be ashamed of the treatment and customer service they provide. More
