Our initial experience buying a car remotely from Auto Lenders seemed to go very well, until we received the vehicle from the auto transport company. Everything was as depicted and described except our most important requirement: cannot have been smoked in. We made sure to get verification from the salesman that the vehicle had not been smoked in. I should have been tipped off by his cagey response: I can't smell any smoke at all. In short, he flat out lied to us and we have no recourse except to pay hundreds of dollars to try to make the vehicle tolerable. The smell is so bad that no one in our family cab stand to ride in the vehicle. Do not trust anything the salespeople say. Verify for yourself, preferably in person. More

I didn t buy a 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude-Purchased 3/5/2020 First of all, I went to Auto Lenders because of my experience during a previous visit. I didn t buy a vehicle at the time, but the sales team treated me with the same respect as if I did make purchase. There was no pressure what so ever!! This second visit took 6 hours of walking the lot and test driving 6-7 vehicles. I was tired and frustrated, but my salesman was very patient with me and continued to offer suggestions and alternatives. Ultimately, the sales manager suggested I test the Jeep Renegade. I was very surprise how impressed I was with this little suv!!!! All I can say is this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!! I highly recommend Auto Lenders to everyone. They have an excellent selection on hand and since they have multiple locations, they will search their inventory and offer to bring the vehicle to the location closest to you.
