I couldn’t give a higher rating. Unaware as to how it all worked I saw a car and and made an appointment. Arriving on time, the sheer size of the building and lot housings hundreds of vehicles of every kind worked I saw a car and and made an appointment. I was greeted and without an iota of pressure the car I wanted was parked outside, we we given the keys and told to take a good ride by ourselves and return. The car was whistle clean, and fully operational. We worked on a loan, and having brought my title, leaving my beloved EOS was painless. Luke Mckeever was the nicest person, who loves working there. I drove home my beautiful BMW. Afterward, Nick Candia and Luke found the 6 CDs I emailed about and wanted. Both contacted the service department and both emailed my that Luke had them for me to pick up. The service department is something to see. Sori g clean and cheery, never have seen anything like it. I was amazed to learn of the sales buisness practice at autolenders. No commision, no haggle, no pressure. Constantine was my sales associate and Chad facilitated the financial proceedings. The vehicles, as well as the facility, were immaculate. My salesman arranged for me to test drive multiple vehicles. At the last minute, I changed my mind and asked to test drive a vehicle inside the showroom. The salesman was happy to arrange for the vehcile to be taken outside for a test drive. Chad didn't mind processing a second wave of paperwork. Chad provided serveral options for financing and extended warranties. I'm very excited to pick the car up today. This purchase was the first time I feel like I wasn't being screwed. All dealerships should follow this model. I will recommend Autolenders to anyone and look forward to future purchases. More
