Worst dealership ever. I inquired about a vehicle and was advised I could be texted sinc eit was very hard for me to pick up the phone during business hours. I inquired again and got a lame excuse. I continued to advise I was buying the vehicle. submitted every piece of item needed per the website which said purchase the vehicle on the website!! No hassle, easy process. I even set up the transfer of the vehicle to arrive the next day by 11am but again i said i cannot pick up th vehicle until sat. I got no worries and that was fine. No one said the sale wasn't finalized or that they would not hold it for me if i did not pick it up or get in earlier. I was then hounded to come in earlier still by the transferred location, which is in Exton, PA. I again advised I was not able to come til the weekend and inquired again about how I finish paying for it. no one responded. today I got a call saying the car sold before the car even was transferred to the Exton location by the exton location. Not even the egg harbor location. This was the worst experience ever and I am looking into it with my lawyer since that vehicle was supposed to be reserved for me. More
