truck we bought was a lemon bought a truck within the 1st week we had to take it in dealership paid because in the 1 month they cover if anything wrong should've been a sign to d bought a truck within the 1st week we had to take it in dealership paid because in the 1 month they cover if anything wrong should've been a sign to drop it back off becasue literally after the 1st month we've had problems with the vehicle we purchased here and the warranty they offer that is supposed to cover everything is a joke! we probably replaced everything under the hood except the engine but good thing we just traded it in because we found out there is actually something wrong with it again and would cost us abour $3600. we tried refinancing the truck and even other banks in the area told us that they are not a good dealership to work with! Granted there's a chance you never know when buying a new vehicle but definitely lesson learned on my part not to buy from auto haus! The people were nice that we worked with but the truck was a waste of money!! More

Drove over 800 miles to buy a car from AUTO HAUS I drove from Des Moines, Iowa to buy a car from these guys/gals. Bradley was fast responding and overly accommodating. Buying my dream car! I saw this car online and I knew that it wasn’t even possible it was all a dream a 18 year old having a BMW 550i. I went and saw the car test drove it I saw this car online and I knew that it wasn’t even possible it was all a dream a 18 year old having a BMW 550i. I went and saw the car test drove it and they even let me take it home and show my mom. Bradley and his team made buying my dream car possible. It had snowed the day before and we were impressed that they were cleaning the outside of the truck so that we could inspect it. Bradley arranged financing and payments we were comfortable with . At first we were very apprehensive about adding on a extended warranty due to past experiences but Bradley assured us this was a Gold Star investment. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. We highly recommended this dealership. More

We have found our car dealer for life! This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. It felt more like buying a car from some nice down to earth friends than from a car " This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. It felt more like buying a car from some nice down to earth friends than from a car "salesman". To top things off we love our car! When we got home the kids (all 5) met us at the end of the road, excitedly jumping up and down wanting thier first ride. They loved it too, so much so they agreed they weren't sure if they were having a dream. But this morning when we all woke up there it was in the driveway! Thanks Auto Haus! Thanks Phil and Jeana!
