I purchased my first vehicle from Auto Haus on Velp and would not recommend. Making such a large, first purchase is a scary, exciting time in your life, and Auto Haus made it everything but. The car is great, I have never had any issues, however, the communication on their end, the purchase price, the banking information and interest rate I was given was all horrible. I did not know then, what I know now about loans, vehicles, and bargaining, but as a young female I was completely taken advantage of. Not to mention, the lady that sold me the vehicle had an extremely bad attitude because she "had to stay after hours" to complete my paperwork. The whole experience just really sucked, unfortunately.
