The actual vehicle purchase was easy and they were great to work with. My frustration is from after the fact. I purchased an additional salt / bug sealant for my car. We made arrangements at the time of sale for me to contact them to set it up the next week. I sent an e-mail a couple days later to the dealership representative I worked with and no one ever responded back. I called the dealership and couldn't get a real person, only the automated phone line. I left a voicemail for the service department requesting a call back. It's been a month now, no one has called me back, and I don't have the coating I paid all the extra money for. More

We had just sold a BMW sedan and unexpectedly, we’re able to grab a BMW SUV that is perfect for our family three days later. We also were met with amazing service by Casey and Josh who helped close our deal-even fielding a call while at a wedding! Owner Bradley was awesome and the best dog ever, Winston, is a bright spot at this fine establishment. Being from out of town and having to drive 3 hrs to view the vehicle I was looking to buy was disconcerting. Joe Bartles my sales agent reassured me that what I saw on the web site was what he had on the lo the vehicle I was looking to buy was disconcerting.
