I sent them a message through their website and they were quick to respond. Everyone at Auto Haus has been a pleasure to work with! This is our second vehicle we have gotten from them! The actual vehicle purchase was easy and they were great to work with. My frustration is from after the fact. I purchased an additional salt / bug sealant for my car. We made arrangements at the time to work with. My frustration is from after the fact. I purchased an additional salt / bug sealant for my car. We made arrangements at the time of sale for me to contact them to set it up the next week. I sent an e-mail a couple days later to the dealership representative I worked with and no one ever responded back. I called the dealership and couldn't get a real person, only the automated phone line. I left a voicemail for the service department requesting a call back. It's been a month now, no one has called me back, and I don't have the coating I paid all the extra money for. More
