After I found a brand new vehicle for 3k less than they were selling a used for, they continued to run my credit for several days following. There was no question about my position. I was upfront and told them I'd found a better deal. For anyone to continue to pull my credit report 4 days AFTER I left the lot is nothing short of fraud. Don't get lied to, ripped off, or worse, have your identity stolen. Go to a reputable dealer with prices listed and warranties. UPDATE: MY credit was run FOUR MORE times yesterday, February 20 AFTER I called and spoke with the finance department. More
