Shawn came up to me and from the minute I met him he was very respectful, funny, professional and in tune with what I needed. He ask me a few questions to find out what I could afford and my credit, and pointed me in the right direction. After driving two car I didn't know which I liked better and he talked to me about both and actually suggested the cheaper priced car. He has really broken the stereo type of car salesman. When my credit gets up there I will be back to get something else. Thanks again!! More

Inconsiderate and wasting time I was ready to purchase the vehicle I wanted the same day I saw it but instead Rene told me to come back to make the deal with the owner. When I came I was ready to purchase the vehicle I wanted the same day I saw it but instead Rene told me to come back to make the deal with the owner. When I came back the next day, they were only willing to lower the price by $750... which was insulting to me so I left. Later I get a call telling me to come back to make a better deal... so once again I come back and they said they wanted me to trade in my old truck, which I didn't want to trade in. I told them I didn't have a title for it and they gave me $800 for the trade-in. Now they're calling me 3 times a day trying to get a title for the truck because they already sold it. They wouldn't even fix the problems with the vehicle I purchased, even though we had an oral agreement they would fix them... but they want a title to the truck that I said I don't have. Bea continues to call, and when I told her I was hospitalized she didn't even feign compassion. These people look out for only themselves... they don't communicate with each other, otherwise they'd have known that I said I don't have the title. I'm still getting at least 3 calls every day... they don't listen. More
