He was professional and personable while making the experience comfortable and easy. We had some hiccups along the way with the bank we wanted to work with that Ross easily could have turned us down since it turned into a multiple day ordeal, instead he worked hard and found a bank that would work within our budget. 10 out of 10 experience, I would highly recommend buying a car from here.
