Professional clean quick easy.The way car buying should be! Texted them from the website asking if a car was still available. Responded very quickly and told him I'd be there after work at 6. By the time i got there the car was pulled up and warmed up (I had my pregnant fiance and 1 year old with me so that helped a ton!) My fiance has an EXTREMELY SHORT FUSE. We've been shopping for a few months now and shes blown up at every dealer, each time with either pushy or straight up degrading salesmen/manager. Michael somehow had her laughing and enjoying her time. HUGE PLUS HERE! The dealership is very clean and upscale feeling. Clean white desks, classic and supercar memorabilia scattered nicely. I made a reference to my fiance that it felt like an "Apple Store" with how chill the vibe and atmosphere is. Came out numbers all itemized. None of that obnoxious 4 quadrant "what payment are you comfortable with" nonsense. Gave me what I wanted for my trade, a deal on a newer car thats way below kbb pricing. Warranty included. All under 2 hours from me stepping into the car to testdrive. I have found my new dealership and salesman. When we will want to trade our pathfinder, we will absolutely buy from here again. More

They wanted to be sure I had the right vehicle for me and totally understood when I wanted to compare with other places. As soon as I pulled in the lot at the other place two sales folks were at my window. I went straight back to Auto Group of Louisville. They take their time to find the best and most unique vehicles. Couldn’t find this edition within 500 miles online. They made the buying process really easy and accommodated us at every step. I can’t thank them enough for such a pleasant experience. More
